  1. I have lived at this rental property since July 1, 2015. The former landlord sold the property to Jeremy Johnson (MM&J Properties) I have been having issues with tenant in apt 3 parking in one of my parking areas with other guest. I bought this issue up to management and was told to share my parking area even though the tenant has the same amount of parking (2 spaces) as I do. Yesterday, I am forced my to park in the area I complained to management about. I am forced to park in front of apt. 1. I first heard this from tenant 3 after. when I asked management about it. they said the tenant was lying. I have proof that this new landlord is crap .I have taken pictures and have text messages.
